Let it snow...

We had a big downfall of snow last week and most of the local schools were shut. There's something about the snow that brings a community together - even if it is just to moan about the weather. Our street was full of people clearing their drives, de-icing their cars and gritting the pavement. It was nice to see the faces of neighbours that I've never seen before (or perhaps not paid attention to).

I didn't get chance to go sledging but I did take some photos whilst walking my dog. She loves the snow and loves rolling around in it so it makes walking in the freezing cold more pleasurable.
